3 ways to take care of your oral health by using Dantmanjan

The most common thing about oral health across the globe, is that more often than not it gets neglected. Due to improper eating, poor brushing habits, medications, etc many people suffer from issues such as tooth decay, mouth ulcers, bad breath, sensitive teeth and gums, infections in the root, eroding enamel, etc.
When it comes to oral health, it’s more like this guy recklessly driving his car on the road and applying sudden brakes whenever he comes nearer to a hump or another vehicle before him. A steady pace is something that you need to maintain and that required some effort; at least in the beginning, until it becomes a habit.
It is true that things you do on a daily basis to take care of your mouth, matter a lot in the long run and it is also true that it’s easier said than done.

You could use a toothbrush with soft bristles or your finger. As per Ayurveda, using your ring finger to brush your teeth is highly beneficial in cleansing your teeth.
The pressure that you apply using your muscles on your teeth and gums strengthens them both. Also, if you’re brushing your teeth with a brush, it is advised to go easy and not put too much pressure or be rough. It’s your teeth, not the bathroom tiles :). After brushing your teeth, you could also use your ring finger to massage your gums with Dantmanjan. Once you are done, please don’t rinse your mouth and spit out the water. Just swallow the mixture of saliva and Dantmanjan and leave it there. All it’s ingredients are edible and they are good for your digestive system. You might find it weird, but it’s highly beneficial to do this. Yes, initially, you might tend to forget. But, with conscious practice, it will become a habit.
  1. For your throat

Your oral health also includes your throat. There might be times when you are suffering from a soar throat or accumulation of phelgm due to cold. To ease out your situation and reduce the uneasiness, mix a teaspoon of Dantmanjan in warm water and gargle this mixture. It will soothe the throat by killing the bacteria and reduces the swelling.
  1. For mouth rinsing

Bad breath might be an issue for many people. If you want to get rid of it, use Dantmanjan with water and rinse your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes and spit out that water. However, bad breath can also be a result of indigestion, constipation, acidity, gastritis, etc. You’ll have to look at keeping your stomach healthy if the problem persists. The ingredients help maintain fresh breath and eliminate bad odour. Rinsing your mouth can also heal mouth ulcers. Additionally, you can also do oil-pulling everyday to keep your mouth free of such issues.
With such multiple uses, Dantmanjan is a great resource to maintain our oral health at optimum levels. Please make sure you use it twice a day to reap the maximum benefits. Wishing you healthy teeth and gums! If you have already used Dantmanjan and enjoyed it’s benefits, please feel free to comment below. Don’t just say things like it’s good or nice. Please mention particularly how it has helped you and why would you recommend Dantmanjan to others.
