However, khakharas mostly available these days are made with wheat which is grown using pestisides and chemical urea, stale and adulterated wheat flour and various colour-chemicals infused spices are used to add flavours. Also low quality and sometimes even harmful oil is used to make them which lead to diabetes, blood pressure, obesity and constipation like problems.
