Description

It is said in the texts of Ayurveda that the health of our body depends on our diet. ‘Arogya Bhojanadhinam’ means health is subordinate to food. Whatever type of food we consume, our body also gets the same type of health. Through this verse ‘Prayenahaar Vaishmyadjiranam Jayate Nrinaam’, it has been told in Ashtangahradayam that food that is contradictory to each other, unhealthy food and uncooked food give rise to indigestion. Nowadays, many people eat stale, inedible, oily food from the market, containing artificial spices. Due to which it has many side effects on our digestive system. Ayurveda has given more importance to digestion because only cooked food can nourish the entire body, unripe food irritates all the three doshas in the body and causes all the diseases. Digestive bile plays a very important role in digestion. Due to unhealthy diet, digestive bile cannot perform its function properly, due to which Vata occurs. Therefore, vata and pitta get aggravated and cause diseases like indigestion, dyspepsia, dyspepsia, constipation, colic, enteritis, gout etc. ‘Pudin Jeera Syrup’ prepared by Sanskriti Arya Gurukulam is very useful in all these diseases.
