Gomutra ark is distilled purified version of cow urine.
Basically, Gomutra Ark is an excellent germicide and a potent antibiotic.

However, the distilled version doesn’t smell that much. The smell is reduced by 80% in the distilled form.

Gomutra Ark is prepared by boiling cow-urine in an iron pot to which a vapor condensing device is attached. The benefits of Gomutra ark are achieved by consuming it regularly on a long term basis. Moreover Gomutra  can also be given to children and ladies. As per Vagbhat‘s scriptures individuals with Vaata and Kapha can consume it regularly. Importantly, people whose body type are of Pitta, need to consult an Ayurvedic doctor before consumption.
Goseva Gomutra Ark comes in 3 sizes : 200 ml, 500 ml and 1 liter.
The best way to take it is in empty stomach with 100 ml luke warm water.
